With HTC overseeing 10 of these educational institutions, the effort gains significant traction. Notably, the Buraimi plant stands out as Oman's pioneering APSR-compliant grid-connected solar facility. Its strategic location atop the schools' canopy constructed from metal corrugated steel sheets maximizes space utilization while harnessing solar energy efficiently. Moreover, equipped with a DC disconnect system, the plant ensures swift shutdown procedures when necessary, prioritizing safety and operational efficiency.

Wahaj 1 MW PV Tracker
HTC spearheaded the successful implementation of the Wahaj Powerplant with PDO. Nestled in Muscat, this cutting-edge facility boasts a capacity of 1 Megawatt, setting a new benchmark in Oman's energy landscape. Notably, it stands as the largest Commercial and Industrial Bifacial PV tracker system in the country, representing a significant leap forward in renewable energy technology. A Residential Rooftop PV installation
PDO employees are offered a groundbreaking opportunity to embrace renewable energy through a mass-scale residential rooftop installation program. Spearheaded by PDO, this initiative provides employees with a unique chance to install PV systems on their homes, facilitated by a competitive financial scheme. With HTC managing the project, it represents a significant step towards sustainable living and energy independence for PDO staff. The program boasts a total designed capacity of 4000 kW, with installations already completed in 150 homes.
